MIMEUS
ARCHITECTURE

Mimeus is a collective of architects based in the Primiero Valley, which addresses and interprets the theme of alpine architecture within the current socio-economic landscape. Their works engage with the contemporary mountain landscape, approaching it from various perspectives. Ranging from more measured interventions aimed at enhancing delicate historical heritage to the design of large-scale infrastructure for tourism, Mimeus's projects question the role of architecture in preserving the fragile and often contradictory balance between tradition and economic development in the alpine context.
